Phoenix was chosen to replace BDB’s existing back office system, providing the client with full cycle policy administration support for business transacted in London (Lloyd’s of London) and Europe, via their European branch and agent network. BDB’s insurance products include: Aviation, Bankers Blanket Bond, Bloodstock, Commercial & Industrial Property, Contingency, D&O Liability, General Third Party Liability, Product Liability, Fine Arts, Marine, Yacht, Medical Malpractice, Motor, PA and Life.

Brennan Insurances have been serving the insurance needs of Irish businesses since 1926. The company provides a wide range of competitive and specialist commercial insurance packages to the Irish insurance market.

Brennan selected Phoenix to replace their existing back office system, and in doing so achieved full cycle policy, claims and reinsurance administration support for business transacted in Ireland. Chartis have selected the Phoenix software platform to support the administration of their high net worth business. Phoenix provides full cycle underwriting facilities for high value lines of business, including: High Net Worth, Motor, Yachts, Travel, and Fine Art.

Hiscox Insurance Company Ltd is a leading specialist insurer in the UK and continental Europe, providing innovative insurance solutions to individuals and businesses. Phoenix software is used in Hiscox's offices in France, Germany, Belgium and The Netherlands. Phoenix provides the front-end underwriting facility, enabling policy transactions to be sent via EDI to the INSURE/90 back office system in London. Hiscox’s insurance offerings includes: High Net Worth, Fine Art, Hotels, Professional Indemnity, Classic Cars, and Special Risk.

Nipponkoa Insurance Company (Europe) Ltd have selected Phoenix to support their general insurance portfolio. Phoenix replaces the existing back office system with full cycle policy, claims and reinsurance administration support for business transacted in London and their European branch and agent network. Nipponkoa's insurance products include: Commercial Combined, Household, Marine Cargo, Outward Reinsurance, Terrorism, Bankers' Blanket Bond, Clinical Trials, Construction Liability, and Special Risk.

The Peverel Group selected Phoenix to support their Kingsborough Insurance Services insurance portfolio. Phoenix provides full cycle underwriting and claims administration for a range of property management related insurance products, including: Retirement Housing, General Contents, and Residential Block.

Plum Underwriting, part of the Somerville Group of companies, works closely with fellow group company Oak Underwriting plc, to offer specialist household insurance products to the UK insurance broker market. Their products range from non-standard household, landlords, mid-net worth, UK holiday homes and overseas properties, to specialist schemes including unoccupied, subsidence and flood risks.

Plum Underwriting use Phoenix On-Demand to provide online quoting facilities to their binder and open market brokers, for a range of standard and non-standard household products.
